than the thirty (30) feet allowed by Ordinance.
Also, the proposed number of units per building will
be more than the maximum number allowed, which is
eighteen (18) per building. The property is
located in the R-4 Residential Urban District and is
on the West side of
Kohn Road, North
of the Paxton Creek.
